- What is the address of the conference venue?
The conference venue is located at Lindholmen Conference Centre, Lindholmspiren 5, 417 56 Göteborg, Sweden.
- Is the conference free to attend?
Yes! Actors working in or interested in the Baltic and North Sea are welcome to attend. Register now to reserve your spot. If you are unable to attend, please deregister as soon as possible so that other interested stakeholders have the opportunity to attend. You can deregister by logging in to your profile, visible on the top-right corner of the website.
- Is there exhibition space available at the conference?
Yes! By renting exhibition space, you will have access to an audience of more than 400 people to share your work, project or company. Stands are available to rent for a small fee for the three day event. Please indicate in your registration that you are interested in hosting a stand to receive pricing information.
- Is funding available for travel costs?
No. Unfortunately, the organisers are unable to cover the travel costs of participants. In some cases speakers may be invited on behalf of specific projects. If this concerns you, you will be contacted individually. Please see the travel section after registration for recommended hotels and directions.
- Will the there be a live-stream of the conference?
The conference is an in-person event. However, the opening and closing sessions will be streamed online. All workshops will be in-person only. No registration is needed to watch the opening and closing online. A link to the online streaming will be available on this website closer to the start of the event.
- Will catering be provided at the conference?
Yes, catering will be provided. If you have specific dietary restrictions, beyond being a vegetarian, please contact the Mission Arena team. Vegetarian food will be provided.
- Why is my profile not activated yet?
While we hope to be able to welcome those interested to the event, the location does have limited capacity. We will activate your profile and confirm your registration as space permits.
- How to do match-making?
Simply follow this guide if you're not sure how to book a match-making discussion.
- How do I request a 1-on-1 meeting with someone at the event?
- Go to the Participants list and browse through the profiles
- Click the Request meeting button below their profile picture
- Choose the time and date of the meeting
- Click Send request
- How do I add sessions to my agenda?
- To add sessions to your agenda, you first have to go to the Event Agenda where you can see the available sessions
- When you see a session you want to attend, click the Add button
- If you do not see the Add button, it is possible that you are not logged in or that the event is by invitation only.
- The session will now be visible in My Agenda
- Where do I find presentations from the workshop session?
The presentations will be uploaded to the respective speaker profile after the event. If you do not see the presentation please contact the speaker directly.
- What do I do if I forget my password?
- Click here or click Login in the upper right corner of the event website
- Click the "Forgot password?" link
- Enter the email address you used to register for the event
- Click the Reset Password button
- You will receive an email with a "Reset Password" button
- Click the button and enter your new password in the "New Password field"
- Repeat the new password in the "Repeat Password" field and click Reset your password
